Dionne Legge
Hi I’m Dionne. I use she/her pronouns. I am a passionate foodie and herb nerd.
I studied holistic nutrition on campus at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver B.C. I graduated in October 2019 with First Class Honours. I have completed training and a certificate for health professionals from Monash University's Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome in 2023. I completed a 8 week live-in Clinical Herbal Medicine apprenticeship at Innisfree Farm and Botanic Garden with Chanchal Cabrera called from Field to Farmacy in the summer of 2024. For the past 5 years I have been doing work in a specialty grocer as the in house nutrition consultant where I offer nutrition tours and nutrition education sessions.
I am a dedicated life long learner and currently working towards my herbal medicine education and clinic hours to register with the BCHA. When I am not at work or studying you can find me digging at the community garden or cozy at home with my notebook and a cup of tea. My passions lay in teaching about connecting with our food by connecting to back to the land. My hope is to inspire you to get your hands dirty and dig deep.
