Happy Hearts Day Retreat
🌿 Featured Guest Speaker at the Happy Hearts Retreat 🌿
I’m honoured to be a Featured Guest Speaker at the Happy Hearts Retreat, hosted by Yoga with Bailey. This women’s-only retreat is a space for connection, reflection, and renewal.
I’ll be leading a 45-minute session:
“Supporting the Body with Plants: Women’s Health Edition.”
Through the lens of holistic nutrition, we’ll explore how women can nurture wellness by connecting more intentionally with the foods and plants that sustain us. My goal is to create a gentle, inspiring atmosphere, leaving you with practical tools and a renewed desire to nourish yourself fully.
Participants will also receive a handout with journaling prompts to help carry these insights into everyday life.

This in-person retreat, lovingly curated by Yoga with Bailey, brings women together for a full day of restorative practices, including:
• Uplifting yoga sessions led by Bailey
• A healing sound bath experience led by Bailey
