Old Fashioned Switchel

A Switchel is an old fashioned drinking vinegar, also commonly called “Hay Makers Punch”

Ingredients:

2 teaspoon maple syrup

2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

2 cups water

(serve over ice)

Method:

1. Grab your favourite mason jar (or drinking cup) stir together ingredients and pour over ice.
